Puppy Care Before Leaving

Each puppy is carefully prepared before joining their new family and will receive:

  • First set of vaccinations
  • Dewclaw removal (if applicable)
  • Tail docking (if applicable)
  • Full veterinary health examination and clearance

 Health Guarantee

We provide a 1-year health responsibility period for every puppy.

  • Refunds are only issued if a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health condition present during the guarantee period
  • The puppy must be taken to a veterinarian for proper documentation and verification to qualify
  • This guarantee is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and the well-being of each puppy

Return Policy

We understand that life situations can change.

  • If an owner is unable to keep their dog at any age, we will accept the dog back free of charge
  • This ensures every puppy always has a safe place to return
  • No refund is provided unless a verified health issue is confirmed by a veterinarian
